📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Provide financial support to the management team, including forecasting and financial planning.,Oversee the financial performance of the company and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
