📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve store targets.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
