📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on campaign performance and sales metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of telemarketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
