Market Bloom Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ubud. This role is crucial for shaping our company's human resources strategy and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, while also complying with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Handle employee data and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee retention.
