📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan and conduct comprehensive internal audits across various departments.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement through thorough analysis.
- Gather and evaluate evidence to support audit findings.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
- Provide training and guidance to junior auditors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
