📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all shop equipment and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the shop remains competitive and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a shop assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
