📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Depot Hendra Store products and services.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure the achievement of set targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
