📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Manage and supervise operational staff as needed.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
