📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain retort equipment to ensure optimal performance and product safety.,Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and safety standards.,Conduct regular checks and inspections of retort equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on retort operations and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production, preferably in retort operations.,Knowledge of retort technology and food safety regulations.,Understanding of HACCP and other food safety management systems.,Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
