As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our store meets the demand for products efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
