In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Non-Alcoholic Beverage sector, focusing on both HORECA and Alcohol channels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales network in the HORECA and Alcohol channels.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both within and outside the company's existing customer base.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular check-ins and feedback sessions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.,Strong understanding of the HORECA and Alcohol markets and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
