📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness,Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of tax regulations and practices is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
