📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management and supervision of branch operations.
  • Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing branch strategies.
  • Oversee daily tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in branch meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and branch management tools.
  • Good understanding of financial management and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution is a plus.
