📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
