📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages using commercial equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assist in the preparation of coffee-based dishes and side items to complement the main menu.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and usage of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee preparation and service.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a commercial kitchen.
