📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and cultivate high-potential investors for AUMANA EXPERIENCE INDONESIA's premium property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Bali's premium property market.
• Prepare and present investor reports, including market analysis, property performance, and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and programs.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure seamless investor experiences.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and investor meetings to promote AUMANA EXPERIENCE INDONESIA's brand and properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to investors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, real estate sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Bali's premium property market and investor trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
