📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and patient service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists and assistants to ensure high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy laws.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication orders and patient care.
  • Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and report to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy services.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
