📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on social media platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and TikTok Live
• Engage with audiences in real-time, answering questions and providing valuable information
• Promote products and services, driving engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live streaming strategies
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor throughout live streams
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Live Host or similar role
• Proven track record of engaging audiences and driving engagement on social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to different situations
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools like Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar
• Creative and innovative approach to live streaming and content creation
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
