📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Support the logistics team in organizing and managing inventory.,Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, events, and other activities.,Provide administrative support to the management team.,Maintain accurate records and documents related to operations.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or operational setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
