Kit Properties is seeking a talented and experienced Project Planning and Control Officer (PPCO) to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and address any concerns.,Work closely with the project manager to ensure project goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project planning and control.,Strong knowledge of construction project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
