Tech Nest Pratama is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients during banquet events. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.,Assisting with table settings and decorations.,Providing information about the event and our services.,Ensuring the smooth flow of the event and addressing any guest concerns.,Assisting with food and beverage service during the event.,Collaborating with the event team to ensure a memorable experience for our clients.,Maintaining a clean and organized event space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or event staff role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
