As a Senior Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and consistency.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Keep work areas clean and organized.,Assist the head chef in training and developing junior staff.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are used efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and/or international cuisine.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
