📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa complex, ensuring all aspects of the property are well-maintained and running smoothly.,Manage and coordinate with a team of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality personnel, to deliver exceptional service to guests.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, and to drive repeat business.,Monitor and manage the budget, ensuring financial targets are met and controlled.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.,Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service.,Participate in the planning and execution of special events and activities for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.,A strong understanding of luxury services and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.,Familiarity with the local culture and customs is a plus.,A degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
