Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our documentation supports our business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)🛠️ Keahlian
