📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers in Jayapura
• Drive sales and profitability for partner dealers through ACC's financing solutions
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage and monitor dealer performance, providing regular feedback and support
• Coordinate with ACC's regional and national teams to ensure seamless operations
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends
• Leverage ACC's digital tools and software, such as SAP and CRM systems, to manage partnerships and sales
• Ensure compliance with ACC's policies, procedures, and industry regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the automotive or finance industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of automotive financing products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in both English and local languages is a plus
