As a Finance & Accounting Specialist at Private Advertiser, you will work closely with our accounting team to maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks. You will prepare monthly financial reports, analyze financial data to identify trends, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. This role requires a strong command of Mandarin, as you will be interfacing with our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze financial data to identify trends
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Interface with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Prepare and submit tax returns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong command of Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
