📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold our company's values and policies, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Stay up-to-date with the resort's menu and special events, ensuring you are well-prepared to serve our guests.
• Provide feedback to the management team on guest satisfaction and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar luxury resort environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine love for serving others.
• Basic knowledge of our POS system and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid work permit.
